New Members Welcomed at NHS Induction

On September 1, the YISS chapter of the National Honour Society welcomed 38 new members into its club in the 23-24 school year. YISS NHS is a group of diligent, academically successful students who prioritize a strong focus on character and servant leadership. We are proud that each of these students represents YISS as they pursue the society’s four pillars: Character, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service.

The NHS Induction Ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate new members while also reminding all of our members of the shared NHS responsibility to uphold the highest of standards. We are committed to encouraging the entire YISS student body in the pursuit of academic excellence, servant leadership, and a focus on character. As we look to the year ahead of us, we are filled with excitement to make a lasting, positive impact on our school.
