Students and parents in the middle school didn’t let virtual school keep them from trying to make someone else’s holiday a little brighter this Christmas season. Donations of toys and other fun items were brought in during the first two weeks of December to be distributed by the Helping Kids Everyday (HKE) Club. These donations were given to children who may not otherwise get gifts this Christmas.

The middle school club has about 25 members whose goal is to do what they can to make a difference for kids around them in need. Our hope this year is to make the spirit of generosity contagious and spread (unlike COVID!) so that everyone sees and feels the blessings that come with giving in all its forms.
