Our boys’ team capped off their season with a YISS-only tournament on Saturday, May 8. The members of the winning team were: Aquil B. Jr (8th), Jason K. (8th), Justin C. (7th), Joshua T. (7th), Andy L. (7th), Andrew L. (7th), Suengun L. (6th). The coaches also awarded a Most Valuable Player award to one boy on each team, plus an overall MVP. The five MVPs were: Joseph T. A special thank you to coaches Mr. Benedict, Mr. Bennett, and senior Si Kwak for the time and effort they devoted to the boys this season. An additional thank you to Mr. Baker for refereeing both boys’ tournaments.

The athletics department would like to thank our coaches for giving their time and knowledge to help our students grow in their understanding of the game of basketball while also developing their skills. Thank you to our girls’ coaches, Kendra Hansen and Taylor Peterson, and our boys’ coaches, Sam Benedict and Barry Bennett.
