Mr. Paul Dwight Receives ACSI Career Service Award

Paul Dwight has served his students and co-workers with faithfulness and love. As a teacher, coach, and mentor, he has modeled humility, patience, and kindness. In each of the educational communities he has been a part of, he has been willing to minister wherever needed. His career in education has been exemplified by his desire to serve whole-heartedly for God’s glory.

His years in Christian education include: 

  • Morrison Academy, Taiwan 1983-1986, 1989-1991, 2003-2004 (6 years)
  • Minnehaha Academy, Minneapolis, MN 1991-2003, 2004-2013 (21 years)
  • Yongsan International School, Seoul, Korea. 2013-2021 (8 years)

In order to even be nominated for this award, Mr. Dwight had to meet all of the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 35 years of service in education, with at least 25 of those years in Christian schools and;
  • A minimum of 10 years of consecutive service in the same Christian school/system and;
  • Entrance into formal retirement from Christian school service at the conclusion of the 2020-2021 school year.
  • For non-administrators at the P–12 level, a minimum of a bachelor's degree or formal credentials,
  • For administrators at the P–12 level, a minimum of a master's degree or formal administrator credentials.
