Freshmen Hear From L-Crew and Counselor at Orientation

On Wednesday, August 4th, the freshmen gathered together over Zoom to attend their Freshmen Orientation! Their counselor, Ms. Peterson, along with the help of the L-Crew, led the freshmen through a presentation of information, tips, and a time of activities to learn more about high school!

Students learned about what high school would be like in both virtual and physical settings, what clubs and sports were going to be available to participate in, as well as how they could start their year on the right foot.

L-Crew, a group of upperclassmen leaders, presented their advice and experiences that they believed would be helpful for the freshmen to know as they started their journey in high school. The freshmen also got a chance to meet in breakout groups to meet each other as well as talk with the upperclassmen about any questions they may have.
