Elementary Celebrates Christmas with a Variety Show

The entire elementary school came together in the auditorium on the final day of the first semester to celebrate Christmas and consider all that is good about the season. A variety show led by teachers was a great way to do that! Throughout the show, we asked the guiding question, “What makes Christmas so special?”.

As teachers shared Christmas-related songs, poems, stories, and memories, students were asked to keep thinking about this question. After we had sung, danced, and listened to thoughtful messages, students could share their answers as to what was special for the teachers and themselves. We ended in a hearty song, singing uplifting Christmas carols together.

A Christmas variety show holds a unique charm, offering a platform for exploration and enabling students to resonate with the Christmas message and its values in their own distinctive way. We look forward to another diverse celebration next year!
