We are so thrilled to be welcoming families on our campus once again. The Elementary PTO hosted two playdates for elementary families on September 7 and 8. In an effort to strengthen community ties, elementary families were invited to attend a time of socializing and playing together. 

During the playdates, students, parents, and siblings enjoyed water play as well as free play on the soccer field and playground. The events were well attended and parents set up blankets and joined one another in conversation. The weather was great, and frozen juices were well received as the sun was hot and the skies clear. 

The PTO held a uniform consignment sale where parents could purchase gently-used YISS school uniforms. Families also had the opportunity to buy tickets for our upcoming FunFest on October 7. 

In line with our annual theme of Better Together, we are looking forward to engaging with our students' families more in the coming year. We look forward to the relationships and friendships that will grow from being together in community.
